Meet Nora Bouchaibi

In 2006, she founded Nora Dance Group in Dubai - a full-service dance and entertainment agency delivering world-class performances across the UAE and GCC. By 2012, the vision had grown global: Nora Dance Entertainments expanded internationally, with productions spanning continents.

But Nora's ambition never stopped at the stage.

After years of performing at the UAE's most prestigious venues and delivering the biggest corporate events in the country, she recognised something: couples and families deserved the same artistry and care in their most personal celebrations. In January 2019, she launched her wedding planning practice - bringing the same precision, creativity, and passion that defined her performances to the world of weddings and private events.

In 2023, that journey of leadership was recognised on the regional stage: Nora was nominated by CIO World Magazine as one of the 10 Most Successful CEOs in the Middle East - a testament to 23 years of entrepreneurship, resilience, and vision in the UAE.

For nearly four decades, Nora Bouchaibi has been one of the most dynamic forces in entertainment and event management across the Middle East. A professional dancer, a serial entrepreneur, and a recognized business leader - she is the woman behind some of Dubai's most unforgettable moments.

THE STORY

Nora's journey began in France in 1987, where she launched her career as a professional dancer - mastering the art of Oriental and Belly Dance and building the technical foundation that would define everything to come.

In 2001, she brought that artistry to the UAE, quickly establishing herself as one of Dubai's most sought-after performers for luxury events, corporate galas, and cultural celebrations.
